Free Gift Terms and Conditions
From time to time we run “Free Gift” offers and promotions when you purchase qualifying items or place a qualifying order.  These are the terms and conditions that govern those promotions:
The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit
The free gift is sent with your order
Placing multiple orders or orders for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one free gift
This offer is only available on orders placed here on our website,
The free gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period the free gift offer is running, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated.
The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order
If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned.
This promotion or offer is valid within the dates as stated on the relevant page
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Gardenia Enterprises is final
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page.

We do not offer any further specification for customer to mention as product will be randomly picked and shipped, we do not entertain any further request from customer.
Order with no instructions will be sent any randomly picked Deo, non returnable/unchangeable

Term ‘Order Value’ is the final order value and not the product cost
Offer not valid for Cash On Delivery Orders unless otherwise stated

What are Unboxed Perfumes?
The perfumes with damaged or no boxes, boxes are broken in transit or warehouses.
Or bottles lying in the warehouse from long time so unboxed perfumes may have negligible difference in notes, longevity and silage
No defect in the nozzle/sprinkler (guaranteed replacement in case of any defect).

The prices quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include value added tax (VAT) wherever applicable, unless mentioned otherwise. The prices indicated include carrying and packaging cost, unless mentioned otherwise.


It is mandatory to make all payments in INR unless stated otherwise. The following methods can be used for making the payments:

         •    Crossed cheques payable to Gardenia Enterprises

 •    Postal order payable to Gardenia Enterprises

 •    Delta, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Vis Electron and Visa credit cards

Goods Transfer

Items shall be retained till the payment realization against order. The items shall be transferred only after complete payment realization.

Risk Transfer

Risk transfer for any item sold to the buyer would only take place after the delivery has been effectuated.

Privacy Policy

All or any information passed on at is by way of a secure internet connection and by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology at 128 bit encryption level. Customers looking to remove information from our site should make prior written requests and sent them to to our registered office. Please note that the details of credit cards are not retained or stored. We retain contact details, name, transaction history and e-mail address of our customers. The personal details of the customers can either be used by Unboxed Perfumes or by any of our associates for marketing purposes only. In case, customers do not want their personal details to be used for the purpose of marketing, they should intimate the same to us by ticking relevant boxes.

Replacements and Returns

As nature of product (Perfumes, Deo and Cosmetics ) we DO NOT offer returns and refunds of goods once sold. Only replacements are made for the product(s) which customer receives in damage condition (damage intransit) and reported to the staff of within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).

The Customer’s Right to Contract Cancellation

Contract cancellations need to be made before the parcel is shipped. Once shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Responsibility and Ownership of Order

The responsibility for loss or damage to order post delivery lies with the customer unless and until such losses or damages are a result of negligence on the part of Unboxed Perfumes.
